life as a student midwife?

how is life studying as a midwife? im yet to find out as not got place yet but just want your thoughts really.

intense, scary at times, constantly broke, tiring, confusing ( when learning about things like fetal circulation)............fantastic,rewarding, sense of achievement

its wonderful when women cant thank you enough for supporting them

Its not so nice when some mentors/midwives expect you to know more than you actually do- this is not all midwievs however.

Having support from other student midwives in your gang is great.

I am loving it! Sometimes it can be hard, especially when you realise how much stuff you have to know, but i'm so glad I decided to do this, and feel so lucky that I was accepted immediately.

I'm in Canada, so it's probably somewhat different, but thus far I am enjoying it immensely. Glad anatomy is over though!

Student life great fun, but if your doing the degree course dont expect to have any cash at the end of the month. Its true that you have to know a lot of stuff, but you will be shocked at just how much you have learnt if you think about it, i am in the 1st year but even so if i think about it i have picked up so much without thinking about it (hope you get that lol)

there are always gonna be times when you think; why am i here, am i good enough and is it worth it, if someone says they have never though that then they are phenominal. but it not the not thinking these things that is important, it is always remembering that it is worth it in the end, and however tough it is atm, your gonna do it. (lol no matter how far you think you have come though it can and does always get harder, but as i said , it is worth it :D)

Difficult something, i am student in midwifery academy, i fell hard study in midwife academy , because many homework and i must finish it together with my friend....but life must go on , i want to pass it and get succed of my study...
