I am starting to get loads of client enquiries and am looking for a doula to be a stand-by as I'm on call until November!! I've not got a specific date but there's a couple of times when an on call week overlaps between a couple of clients. As I'm around between now and then, I'm happy to be an emergency back-up for others (unless my client goes into labour of course!)
Let me know if any of you are willing to be around if I need you.

I would like to raise awareness of the Milk Bank at Chester and Mersyside. I am letting all my clients know that it exists and what wonderful work they do to get ladies to donate their milk. I will encourage my clients to donate milk if they are interested and support them as they try to express. I would also like to raise money for this worthy cause - any ideas would be well received. I am going to organise a Christmas get-together for all us NW doulas and midwives/students/antenatal teachers which will involve food, drink, videos, anecdotes and a childbirth trivia quiz courtesy of Womb Services Inc. so watch this space!!!

Ruth here thanx for asking me to join. I am a doula and want some work in the manchester salford area.
Became a grandma this year and was at the birth. It was just fantastic to see my daughter give birth and have my first grandson.
