I have been on the nurturing birth course this year, and i have 5 children of my own and a grandson. I always feel that i want to be with women having babies to support them. During the birth of all my babies i would have loved to have had a doula with me to help.
My daughter and son in law said i did a great job helping with the breathing and just being with them.
What do you suggest i do now to carry on and help others?

I am Ruth Goldman and am a doula from Manchester. I am interested in any meetings or groups to try and get some doula work in the Manchester area.
